Shipping policy

At Alpine Outlets, we work hard to process and deliver every order as quickly and safely as possible. Some items are prepared and shipped from our facility, while others are fulfilled through our extended logistics network.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Certain items may require additional preparation time depending on size, packaging requirements, or inventory location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Most standard shipments are delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment.
  • Certain large or specialty items may require 1–3 weeks for preparation, scheduling, or freight handling.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are provided once they become available.
  • In some cases, tracking may initially display “In Preparation” or “Label Created” before showing carrier movement.

Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders quickly after purchase. Because of this, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is in progress.

All approved cancellations are subject to our standard 20% restocking fee as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.


Local Pickup & Delivery

For items not shipped via standard carriers (UPS/FedEx):

  • In-Store Pickup – Once your order arrives at our store (typically 2–3 weeks for specialty items), we will contact you to schedule pickup.
  • Local Delivery – Once your order is ready, we will arrange delivery with our third-party team. Local delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only within the continental United States (Lower 48 states).
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, or P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO addresses.

Carriers & Tracking

  • Carriers – We use trusted partners such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers. The carrier is selected based on your location and the item’s size or weight.
  • Tracking – You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it becomes available.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, seasonal demand, or operational constraints. Alpine Outlets is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@alpineoutlets.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund when applicable.

Returns

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For more details on returning your items, please see our Return Policy.
