At Alpine Outlets, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase. Please review our full return and exchange policy below, which applies to both local and online orders.

14-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. This includes:

  • In-store pickup
  • Local delivery
  • Online delivery (via freight or shipping)

To qualify:

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, hardware, manuals, tags, and accessories included.
  • Returns & Cancellations: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns for a refund and all approved order cancellations.
  • Store Credit & Exchanges: Receive your full purchase value with no fees when you choose store credit or an exchange. Alpine Outlets store credit never expires.
  • Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Policy Details

Local Purchases (In-Store or Local Delivery)

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be returned to our store. We do not offer in-home pickup for returns by default.
  • In some cases, we can schedule a return pickup using the same third-party delivery service used for deliveries. Pickup fees apply and will be billed through Alpine Outlets.
  • We do not handle pickups ourselves.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Online Purchases (Shipped Orders)

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Lease-to-Own / Buy Now Pay Later

  • Purchases made through third-party lease or financing partners are also subject to our 14-day return policy.
  • We cannot cancel or modify lease agreements after the 14-day return window.
  • Exchanges or returns may require a full lease termination and re-application, which could result in loss of funding or a denied reapproval.
  • These outcomes are determined by the financing provider, not Alpine Outlets. Please check their terms directly.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Full Value: Choose store credit or an exchange to receive the full amount of your purchase (the 20% restocking fee is waived).
  • No Expiration: Alpine Outlets store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned within the 14-day window in the same condition as when received.
  • Approval: Credit is issued after inspection. Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Mattresses that have been opened or used
  • BBQ grills or outdoor appliances that have been used
  • Assembled furniture
  • Floor models or showroom displays
  • Final Sale / Clearance items (as marked)
  • Auction items or bundled promotions

Return Condition Requirements
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the item is not in acceptable condition. Returns may be refused if the item shows damage, misuse, excessive wear, stains, odors, pet hair, or missing parts. All returns must pass inspection before approval.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon pickup or delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast turnaround times. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that an order can be canceled once it’s been placed.

  • If you’d like to request a cancellation, please reach out to us right away, and our team will do our best to assist before the order ships or is prepared for pickup.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved order cancellations.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items under any circumstances — including if the same item goes on sale after your purchase.
