Local Purchases (In-Store or Local Delivery)
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be returned to our store. We do not offer in-home pickup for returns by default.
- In some cases, we can schedule a return pickup using the same third-party delivery service used for deliveries. Pickup fees apply and will be billed through Alpine Outlets.
- We do not handle pickups ourselves.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Purchases made through third-party financing, lease-to-own, or payment-plan providers are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Any lease or financing agreement is governed solely by the provider’s terms. Alpine Outlets cannot cancel, modify, or reverse financed transactions once completed.
