Is everything new?
It's a mix. Most of what we sell is new, including overstock and closeouts. Some items are open-box returns or floor models. Ask us about any item and we'll tell you exactly what you're getting.
Where do you ship, and is it free?
We ship to all 48 contiguous states, and most online orders ship free. Any shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay. Orders usually ship within 2–5 business days and arrive 5–10 business days later; large items can take 1–3 weeks. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Can I pick up my order at a store?
Yes. Choose pickup in Denver or Fort Collins at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready. You can also shop what's on the floor at each store: Denver stock and Fort Collins stock.

What if I need to return something?
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit that never expires, or for a refund minus a restocking fee. Some items, like opened mattresses and assembled furniture, can't be returned. Return policy
