Refund policy

Alpine Outlets has different return policies for online purchases and in-store purchases. Please review the section that applies to your order.


Online Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • Store credit is issued for the full purchase amount and never expires when chosen instead of a refund
  • Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories included

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • No refunds. Store credit only
  • Store credit never expires
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • All financing and layaway purchases are final sale

This applies to purchases completed in-store.


Financing, Layaway, Lease-to-Own & Buy Now Pay Later

Purchases made through third-party financing, layaway, lease-to-own, or payment-plan providers are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Any lease or financing agreement is governed solely by the provider’s terms. Alpine Outlets cannot cancel, modify, or reverse financed transactions once completed.


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Mattresses that have been opened or used
  • BBQ grills or outdoor appliances that have been used
  • Assembled furniture
  • Floor models or showroom displays
  • Perishable goods, custom orders, or personal care items
  • Final Sale / Clearance items (as marked)
  • Auction items or bundled promotions

Return Condition Requirements

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the item is not in acceptable condition. Returns may be refused if the item shows:

  • Damage, misuse, or excessive wear
  • Missing parts, hardware, or packaging
  • Stains, odors, pet hair, or residue
  • Any alterations or modifications
  • Opened or used condition for items sold as “new”
  • All returns must pass inspection before refund, credit, or exchange is approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon pickup or delivery.

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • For faster processing, please include photos of the item and original packaging.
  • We cannot guarantee resolution on issues reported after the 48 hour window.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast turnaround times. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that an order can be canceled once it’s been placed.

  • If you’d like to request a cancellation, please reach out to us right away, and our team will do our best to assist before the order ships or is prepared for pickup.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved order cancellations.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items under any circumstances — including if the same item goes on sale after your purchase.
