Employee Structure & Compensation
Partner review — this is what we're implementing for all employees
No formal structure. No written policies. Employees can't see a future here. We need a system in place before we grow and open more locations.
Everything levels up together at each milestone — pay, commission rates, and benefits. One calendar.
Paid monthly through W-2 payroll. Progressive brackets — the higher rate only applies to sales above each threshold. Employees see a dollar amount on their dashboard, not percentages.
