Auction Rules for Alpine Outlets Furniture Auctions

1. Non-Payment Policy:
If the winning bidder fails to pay, pick up, or schedule delivery within the required time, they will be banned from all future auctions.

2. Tax Notice:
Please note that tax will be added to the final price of any auction item.

3. Account Requirement:
To participate, please create an account or sign in. This ensures the integrity of our auctions.

4. Popcorn Bidding:
To prevent last-second bidding, popcorn bidding is enabled. If a bid is placed in the last seconds, the auction time will extend by 4 minutes, giving you a chance to bid again if outbid at the last moment.

5. Auction Notification:
Winners will be notified immediately via an automatic email.

6. Payment Terms:
Winners must process payment within 24 hours after the auction closes.

7. Local Pickup and Delivery:

• No Shipping Available: Items can only be picked up locally at our showroom in Denver or delivered locally for an additional fee.

• Pickup/Delivery Deadline: Winners have 3 days to pick up their items or schedule local delivery after payment.

8. Inspection:
You are welcome to inspect auction items anytime during business hours in our showroom.
