¿A qué países realizan envíos?

Actualmente realizamos envíos a Estados Unidos, Canadá, Australia y el Reino Unido. Para consultar sobre envíos a otros destinos, contáctenos.

¿Cuánto tiempo tardaré en recibir mi pedido?

El envío estándar suele tardar entre 3 y 5 días. El envío al día siguiente está disponible para todos los pedidos nacionales (con un cargo adicional). Los plazos de envío internacionales dependen de los productos y el destino (estimados al finalizar la compra).

¿Cómo devuelvo un producto?

Los artículos deben devolverse dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la recepción del pedido. Deben estar en las mismas condiciones en que se recibieron, sin usar, con las etiquetas aún puestas y con el embalaje original.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Full Value: Choose store credit or an exchange to receive the full amount of your purchase (the 20% restocking fee is waived).
  • No Expiration: Alpine Outlets store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned within the 14-day window in the same condition as when received.
  • Approval: Credit is issued after inspection. Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Mattresses that have been opened or used
  • BBQ grills or outdoor appliances that have been used
  • Assembled furniture
  • Floor models or showroom displays
  • Final Sale / Clearance items (as marked)
  • Auction items or bundled promotions

Return Condition Requirements
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the item is not in acceptable condition. Returns may be refused if the item shows damage, misuse, excessive wear, stains, odors, pet hair, or missing parts. All returns must pass inspection before approval.

Please inspect your item upon pickup or delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast turnaround times. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that an order can be canceled once it’s been placed.

  • If you’d like to request a cancellation, please reach out to us right away, and our team will do our best to assist before the order ships or is prepared for pickup.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved order cancellations.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items under any circumstances — including if the same item goes on sale after your purchase.
