Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon pickup or delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the item and packaging.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast turnaround times. Because of this, we can’t guarantee that an order can be canceled once it’s been placed.

• If you’d like to request a cancellation, please reach out to us right away, and our team will do our best to assist before the order ships or is prepared for pickup.
• A 30% restocking fee applies to all order cancellations.

We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items under any circumstances — including if the same item goes on sale after your purchase.
